An interesting Rhode Island law:

A person has to make a loud noise before passing a car on the left.

Um, what kind of noise is what I want to know.

    Oh, my! And yet, in Sarasota, Florida you can’t even honk your horn if someone cuts you off or changes lanes without looking and nearly hits you. Apparently honking horns causes road rage. Personally, I think the real reason is that it scares the seniors…
