LOL. Okay, now there’s a different take on that kind of law.
Oh, my! And yet, in Sarasota, Florida you can’t even honk your horn if someone cuts you off or changes lanes without looking and nearly hits you. Apparently honking horns causes road rage. Personally, I think the real reason is that it scares the seniors…
